The Englean Imperial Space Agency (Englean: Kaiserliche Weltraumorganisation) is an Englean government agency tasked with aeronautical research and development, as well as the exploration of space. Originating out of the cooperation of both the Englean government and the Englean Imperial Air Force, both the Department of Rocketry and Division of Aernoautical Operations and Research were combined in 1951 to create the ESA.

The ESA was created in response to the Libriran Space and Aeronautical Secretariat's creation in 1948, with many in both the military and government realising that two separate aeronautical agencies was grossly inefficient. These two agencies were separate due to the fact that the Department of Rocketry was primarily for civilian usage, while the Division of Aeronautical Operations and Research was a part of the Imperial Air Force dedicated to weapons research and development. In 1951, Emperor Wilhelm III approved the merging of the two agencies.

In the early years of the ESA, an agreement between the air force and the agency was met that the ESA would be permitted to use ideal launch sites owned by the air force to conduct research. The catch in this agreement was that the air force would be able to have a detachment of researchers placed within the ESA in order to develop new weapons under the guise of scientific operations, similar to the Librirans. In 1971, this detachment was returned to the air force and the ESA returned to being purely scientific.

Since 1975, the ESA has been active in the exploration of space and human spaceflight, cooperating with many western space agencies.
