Eppingham is a town in Groterdarwin, South Neviersia, whose name derives from the River Eppeng which runs through the historical hamlet upon which the town centre was developed. The town serves as the administrative centre of County Epping. With a population of 117,000, it is Groterdarwin's third-most populous settlement after Darwinschtad and Bolton, and the 28th most populous settlement in South Neviersia. The town is situated upon the Eppeng Hamlet by the Pacific Ocean in southwestern Groterdarwin, directly adjacent to the town of Miōngardi, The Durbanites. Eppingham is the hub of the interregional Eppingham-Miōngardi metropolitan area, comprising of Eppingham, Miōngardi, Josford and Hotham Bridge, comprising a population of 165,000.
