The Etsakha (Trellinese: "Blackwater") is a major river in southern Trellin that flows into the Sea of Velar. It is the fifth longest river in Trellin. It rises in northern Khatax and, together with its tributary the Marhira, forms a segment of the Rezati border around the Marhira Triangle. It passes through Kalku and Rezat's provincial capital, Halith.

In 1883, heavy monsoon rains led to the river breaking its banks and flooding Old Halith, contributing to the destruction of the city in the Halith Disaster.
