Exercise Uragan is a three-week long advanced air combat training exercise carried out by the Commonality Air Force in conjunction with allied or friendly air forces across Tyran. Urugan is intended to provide realistic, intense, and developmental training for pilots and air crews. The exercise is held annually from 1-21 May and can involve up to a hundred aircraft. The Exercise takes place over southern Galania along the coast of the Nuadan Ocean, allowing for the usage of land-attack and oceanic conditions for training purposes.

Urugan began in 2013 in an effort to build upon the experience the CAF acquired during the Zemplen War. This typically involves joint operations between the resident CAF garrison force, the 12th Fighter Regiment, and foreign air combat units, as well as mock dogfighting and simulated engagements. The Syaran Ministry of Defense has stated that Uragan provides the "most intense, realistic flight training available to fighter pilots", and often uses exercise results as sources of study in the development of air combat doctrine.

Participants in the exercise over the years include the Cacertian Royal Air Fleet, the Imperial and Royal Quenminese Aerial Force, and the Royal Tennaiite Air Force.
