Stephanie Audrey Pierce, née Stevenson, the first wife of Bartholomew Pierce, was born on December 26, 1964 in Atlanta, Georgia to Louise Grace (née Griffith; born 1944) and Adam Morton Stevenson (born 1943). She has three younger siblings, Adam Jr. (born 1967), Todd (born 1970) and Ashlyn (born 1972). She was raised with a Catholic upbringing and attended South Atlanta High School graduating in 1983. She attended Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida and graduated with an associate degree in pre-law in 1986. She met Bartholomew on a blind date and married on August 21, 1987. She worked as a paralegal.
Pierce died at home on November 22, 1997 after suffering from pneumonia related to a cold. Secondary factors included multiple drug intoxication from acetaminophen and dextromethorphan. Pierce's death certificate lists her cause of death as natural but notes that her over-the-counter drugs played a part.

Alaina Catherine Deutsch, the second wife of Bartholomew Pierce, was born on February 19, 1970, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to librarian Vivan (née Whittle; born 1948) and attorney Theodore P. Deutsch (born 1946). She was raised in a Reform Jewish household with one older brother, Levi (born 1969); younger sister, Evelyn (born 1973), younger brother Simon (born 1976), younger sister Aliza (born 1979) and younger brother Ezekiel (born 1981). Although born in Cedar Rapids, the family moved to Theodore's native Brooklyn when Alaina was three in 1973. There she went to an all-girls Jewish school and went on to study medicine at USC Medical School, graduating in 1996. She started her residency in Miami in 1996, where she met Bartholomew Pierce. They married in 1997 and had three children: Toño, Kyle and Claire. She also became the stepmother to Pierce's three elder children: Alonso, Claudia and Immanuel. The coupled divorced in 2008 amid allegations of infidelity on the part of Pierce.

Alonso Diaz Pierce, born December 23, 1990, is the first child and son of Bartholomew Pierce and his first wife, Stephanie Pierce. He was born in Manhattan, New York City. Although his family's primary residence is in Miami-Dade County, Florida, they maintain residences in New York City and British Columbia and his parents decided to have him born in Manhattan. Pierce is both a citizen of the United States and of Canada.
He would later graduate from Princeton University with an MBA and become chief financial officer (CFO) of Ryder, a company based in Miami. Pierce married U.S. Army Reserve captain and Miss USA 2016 winner Deshauna Barber. They have a daughter, Tiana Barber Pierce,[a] born in 2018.

Claudia Emily Petrov, née Pierce, born July 7, 1993, is the second child and eldest daughter of Bartholomew Pierce and his first wife, Stephanie Pierce. Unlike her elder brother, she was born in Miami. She is a citizenship of both Canada and the United States through her father who also holds Canadian citizenship. Pierce attended Miami Senior High School and graduated in 2011. Following her mother's career path, she attended the University of British Columbia and studied pediatric psychology. She earned her doctor of psychology degree in 2018 and started practicing as a psychologist in 2020. She works at a private practice in the Miami-Dade area and has been married to Saša Petrov (Russian: Саша Петров) since 2022.

Immanuel Scott Pierce, born August 6, 1996, is the second son and third child of Bartholomew Pierce and his first wife, Stephanie Pierce. He was born in Miami. He is a citizenship of both Canada and the United States through her father who also holds Canadian citizenship. Pierce attended Miami Senior High School and graduated in 2015. He studied at Pan Am International Flight Academy and graduated and later obtained a pilot certification. Pierce works as a pilot for a local Miami news station and is in a relationship with Theresa Hensley[c] as of 2022. The couple married in 2024.

Toño Deutsch Pierce is the eldest son and first child of Bartholomew Pierce and his second wife, Alaina Deutsch. He was adopted by the Pierces in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a citizen of both the United States and Canada by virtue of jus soli and through his father who is also a Canadian citizen.
Pierce also attended Miami Senior High School and graduated in 2018. He later went to Miami Dade College and became a Cisco Certified Network Professional. He married his boyfriend, Landon McGuire, in 2022. They met in college. Pierce describes himself as gay and said that he is masculine.

He was born in Miami and is a dual citizen of Canada and the United States through his father. Like all his elder siblings, Pierce graduated from Miami Senior High School in 2019. He later attended Miami Dade College and graduated with an associate degree in engineering. Pierce later moved to Germany to study abroad and is expected to received a bachelor degree at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in 2023.

She attended online high school after suffering from depression in middle school. She later earned her GED in 2022 after becoming pregnant and giving birth to her son Stephen Delgado-Pierce in 2020 when she was 17. Pierce's son's father is José Delgado, who was a high school friend; the two are not close and Delgado does not have a relationship with Stephen.
