The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Trade (BMWH), is one of the ministries of the Federal Republic of Besmenia and as such a supreme federal authority. It is headquartered in Laitstadt. The authority was founded in 1920 as the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs. With the appointment of the Tautenbach I cabinet, the Federal Ministry was renamed to Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Trade on October 25, 1993.

The current Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Trade is Sabine Reitzer (BVP).
