The Federal President of Skarmia (Skarmic: Fidirañi Prezidentet Ieskarmiket; Beleroskovi: Federal'nyy Prezident Skarmii) is the head of state of Skarmia as well as the commander-in-chief of the Defence Services. The constitution defines the presidential office as "safeguarder of the Federation's freedom and unity and protector of her national independence".
