The Federal Spatial Advancement Administration (FSAA) is an independent agency of Meridon that conducts and coordinates its national space program as well as various aerospace related research initiatives. Founded in 1971 to better coordinate Meridon's space exploration activities, as well as remove spaceflight as an activity under the purview of the Meridon Defense Forces.

The primary manned cargo vehicle of the FSAA is the Aries Orbital Carrier Vehicle, a single-stage to orbit launch vehicle.
Manned spaceflight
The FSAA's Spaceflight Office maintains a roster of active-duty spaceflight-trained astronauts, referred to as Caelonauts, managed under the Caelonaut Office. Caelonauts consist of all spaceflight-rated personnel under the direct oversight of the FSAA, including augmented personnel from MDF.
The current Chief Caelonaut is RADM (Retd.) George Danielson, a veteran of two Marina program missions.
