Historically, the Four Treasurers (四府, spljih-pjo) were several financial officers of the Themiclesian court that did not always number four precisely. This term came into use around the 10th century. The Four Treasurers were the Inner Administrator (內史, nubh-srje′), Privy Treasurer (少府, stjawh-pjo′), Comptroller of Waters (水黃令, sl′jur′-gwrang-ringh), and Marine Prefect (護水使者, gagh-sl′jur-srje′-tja′), in order of creation. The first three were located in Themiclesia-proper, while the last was based out of Columbia.
