Framatsier is the goddess of fate, she is the goddess that waves the tapestry that foretells the future, the present and the past. On top of her mighty tower of Framildhall so does she day out and day in sit and weave her tapestry. She sits there alone and does not allow neither men nor gods to enter not even Rasmer is allowed in and in the past have only Lander been able to enter and what he saw has he never spoken about.

Birth

Framatsier is said to be the child of the old crone that once walked the world, one last survivor from the second time the spirits seeded the world with life. It is said that in the bellow of the crone did Framatsier see the creation and things not meant to be seen when Elderväsendena tore the second creation apart, this blinded both the crone and her unborn child and the old crone was only able to survive by hiding deep inside the world tree where she fell asleep not to wake up for untold centuries. The old crone awoke one day when the rose that burnt came and woke the woman. The two talked for a years before finally the old crone gave birth to her child. She gave it to Rasmer to raise and so he did but quickly did the young girl see visions and before too long did she lock herself in her home and started to weave her tapestry.

Framatsier in the sagas

Framatsier is one of the gods that appears the least in the sagas and the only times she does appear is when heroes needs to know what happens in the future and this information is often only granted after being granted extensive tribute or having the heroes succeeding in massive quests.

Children

Framatsier is one of the only gods that has not given birth to children of their own.

Worship of Framatsier

While Framatsier is considered a major god so does she not interact much with the worshippers as the future cannot be changed according to chronological doctrine, this means that there are very few prayers and rituals dedicated to Framatsier.

However there have over the years been heretical cults that have amongst other things believed that the future was not written in stone and those had extensive rituals dedicated to Framatsier wishing for good luck and good fortune.
