Friedrich Paskal Teuthranes Achterburg Margrave zu Mecklenhalt (16 July 1898 – 5 October 1987) is an East Europan general officer who was the last commander of the the Imperial East Europan Sumatreian Legion. He, alongside Nguyễn Phong Thái, was known for participating in the West Hindalesia Campaign during the Second Europan War, where he committed guerilla warfare upon Zanarkian forces, rendering West Hindalesia as among the last Imperial holdouts that endured until the end of the Asianna and the Pacific Campaign, and consequently the war. Friedrich is also the son of the Tarhaaja War general Korbinian Achterburg Margrave zu Mecklenhalt.

After graduating from the military academy in 1919, Friedrich was transferred to West Sumatreia in 1920 as per his admiration for adventure in foreign lands. He served in the 1927 West Sumatreia Rebellion where his quick suppression of the rebels earned him a promotion from Captain to Colonel. In the early years of the Second Europan War, Friedrich took part in the Invasion of Tamau and was promoted to Brigadier. In late 1935 to 1938, his forces participated in the Invasions of the Aurucolian Carnatic and East Ceilonnia, where Fredrich was recognized for his efforts in annexing East Ceilonnia for the Quenminese, and was brevetted to General der Infanterie. In 1942, Fredrich was appointed Generaloberst of the Legion, and from 1943 to 1945, he collaborated with Thái in delaying the Allied advance from Southern Hindalesia. He retired from the military and resided in Hindalesia until 1975, where he returned to Lüdingräschen in Mecklenhalt and died in 1987.

Friedrich is considered to be one of East Europa's best generals in guerilla and unconventional warfare.
