Fullholt was an abstract political entity composed primarily of Dalmic people, but at different period has been applied to all of the people living in north of Svoyen's glacial shield and people who were not ruled by either Horsenes or Ejderites. It is likely that the region known to ancient Solstianans was politically unified from time to time, but written and oral records were strongly suppressed during the Kingdom of Solstiana. In the historical record written by people migrating from mainland Euclea, leaders most often referred to Fullholt in terms of conquests against Dalmics.
