Goose Harbor is the capital and largest city of Saint Astaba and Beck. It had a population of 784,000 in 2022. Settled for thousands of years by native peoples, it was officially founded by the Quetanans in 1516. The city is the oldest continuously inhabited Adulan settlement in Euronia, and was the first seat of colonial rule in the Northern Cantalle Islands. It is the site of the first university, cathedral, castle, monastery, and fortress in the Northern Cantalle Islands. The city's Colonial Zone is as a World Heritage Site. Goose Harbor is the cultural, financial, political, commercial and industrial center of Saint Astaba and Beck, with the vast majority of the country's most important industries being located within the city. Goose Harbor also serves as the chief seaport of the country. The city's harbor for which its named sits along the Ossinia Sea which provides it access to the Cantalle Ocean and accommodates the largest vessels, and the port also handles both heavy passenger and freight traffic. Temperatures are high year round, with cooler breezes during winter time.
