Hajaria is a major port city in Emmiria, located on the east coast along the Toyana Ocean. With a population of nearly 4.5 million people, it is the 4th-most populous city in the country. It was the historic capital of the Emmirian Empire, which for a point was the largest empire in the history of the world, and served as the capital of Emmiria until administrative functions and government housing was moved to Rhaga in 1933.
