The Harrison administration began on December 1, 1838 when Benjamin Harrison took office as the eighth president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he left office on December 1, 1843. Harrison took office as a Democrat after winning the 1838 election. After he was defeated in the 1843 election, his administration was succeeded by the Doyle administration under Frederick Doyle, a National Republican.
