Hud, officially the Hudan Empire, is a nation in central America. It is bordered by Tas to the northwest, Pera to the southwest, and Loklan to the east. It has a coast with the Hud Sea to the north and Lake Superior to the south.

Hud ranks very low for civil liberties and political freedom. No civil rights are respected in the country, and equality is nonexistent. While there are political elections, only the members of the National Socialist party are allowed to run for office. Essentially all aspects of life are controlled by the government and the laws are in constant change. Heavy penalties including torture and death are issued for a large variety of crimes. The judicial system has little power and most do not receive a trial.

Hud is a highly industrialised nation that manufactures high end material and products of all types. Machinery, electrical parts, computers, vehicles, gas transformers, televisions, food products, building materials, military weapons, and many other products are produced at high quantities, which is the main source of goods for several countries in the world. However, since Hud’s ideology directly conflicts with many other countries, trade is stunted.

Etymology

Hud comes from the Hud Sea, which was named after an explorer from the second millenia. Little is known about the origins of the name. There is also speculation that the country's name will be changed in the near future to better represent the country.
