The County of Hyarpsur is the southernmost County of Radictistan, covering the Hyarp Cape region. It is the poorest region of Radictistan, with an extremely high level of poverty and deprivation among its population. As a consequence Hyarpsur is a prime source of recruits for the Radictistani military. Law enforcement services at the county level are provided by the County of Hyarpsur Police.
