Judikael Pichon (Born 7 June, 1851) was the longest-serving Captain-General of the United Provinces, serving from 1895 to 1920. He presided over an era of prosperity and peace, and is credited with strong anti-corruption campaigns as well as strengthening the colonial office and ensuring the foreign power of the United Provinces. Pichon frequently offered to mediate peace agreements between warring foreign powers, often to great success, made possible by the National Liberal Party's policy of neutrality in Cybellium, but the aggressive protection and expansion of Arvorikan colonialism. Detractors claim, however, that Pichon laid the groundwork for laissez-faire policies that would continue under his successor Hoel Bihan that would lead to the increasing marginalization of the working class, eventually leading to the collapse of the National Liberal Party in the 1930 Elections.
