Justin Hummels Carr (born 16 December 1988) is a Zamastanian professional footballer who plays as a forward for KFU club FC Dabatta City since 2023. He previously played for the Aebetius Lakers from 2015-23 and the Zamastan national team. He previously played for Tofino United FC, where he made his debut in 2009. Often considered to be one of the best seasoned football players and also amongst the finest right wingers in the world, Carr is known for his attacking incisiveness and creativity. During his time with Tofino United, he won two championships in 2010 and 2013. After being traded, he progressively became one of the Lakers' most prolific and influential players, but was released following his arrest shortly after the 2023 World Cup.
Carr is the Lakers' all-time highest goalscorer, as well as one of the top scorers to come out of Zamastan. He appeared and scored at every youth level and made a goalscoring debut with the senior team in 2012, where he helped the team win the 2012 World Cup. Appearing in 6 World Cup tournaments afterwards, Carr was also on the national team for the 2019 World Cup win where he scored the opening goal in the championship.

Carr has faced numerous legal problems since beginning his professional football career in 2009.
In June 2017, Carr was arrested for domestic violence after allegedly physically assaulting model Sophe Annan, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his first child. Carr pled guilty in a Delta court and agreed to pay Z$5,000 to Annan.
Carr was arrested in Tofino for drunk driving on February 5th, 2023, less than two months before the opening of the 2023 Melmingen World Cup. The owners of the Lakers and the national team were faced with pressure to strip Carr from their rosters, but ultimately he was allowed to stay on both teams. Upon his return from the 2023 World Cup, Carr was once again arrested for drunk driving and battery after an altercation at a night club in Arinals, Zian. Aebetius owner Emeline Hershey terminated Carr's contract and offered him free agent status.
