Kanistriy-Si'itivu is the largest city in Kiyortza, and the capital of its province Ka'i Si'itivȳi. The city is located to the northeast of Lake Kanisa, while the Itikov River runs through the middle of the city, physically separating the two sides of the city: Kanistriy to the west, and Si'itivu to the east.

The city, or rather Kanistriy, was the site of the Kanistri Revolution, where discontent commoners blockaded the ferry docks and renamed the city to Kanistriy, from Itikoya, its original name. The revolutionaries later expanded its borders as a democratic republic along the coast of the Itikovi and eventually merged with the Kittauh Republic to form the Republic of Kittauh-Kanistri. When peace was agreed on in the First Treaty of Fukivapi, Kanistriy and Si'itivu were finally reconnected via new bridges to be constructed over the Si'itiya River, while the two cities were merged into one following the unification of Kiyortza in 1769.
