Läkhart Viktor Drejlär (October 24, 1916 - July 18, 1987) was a Stedorian gemotamist military officer who served as the de facto head of state of the Independent State of Stedoria under the title of "President of the Revolutionary Government of the Armed Forces" during the Stedorian military junta of 1971 to 1986. Drejlär was also responsible for writing the founding basis of the political ideology of Gemotamism, an ideology that Stedoria's current government adhears to.
