Laneige is the capital city of the territory of Blanc Island and is one of the most populous cities in Greater Penguinia.

Laneige is located in the southern part of the country, situated on an island, offshore from the Adélean provinces. It is a city with a long and storied history, being one of the oldest cities in the nation. It is also the regional center of the Laneige Territory. Due to its proximity to the larger cities of the Adélean provinces, Laneigean culture has been heavily influenced by the culture of Adéleans.
