Pelletier is the capital city of the territory of the Unnamed Second Island and is one of the most populous cities in Greater Penguinia.

Pelletier is located on an island, offshore from the Adélean provinces. The young city shares much of its culture with Adélantaine, as well as the neighboring city of Laneige, and many people in the territory are descended from settlers and immigrants from the mainland. The economy of Pelletier is largely based on fishing, tourism, and agriculture, with its unique geography allowing for fertile lands and lush forests.
