Leopold II (born 23 October 1944) is the King of Kelonna since his accession to the throne on the death of his father, Harold III, in 1982.
Reign
As monarch, Leopold's reign has been characterised by a strong drive toward reform of the legislative and judicial systems, exemplified by his 1995 address to a Combined Sitting of the Courts and Parliament in which he intoned "I want answers, Mister!"
