Leung Quốc Tuấn Kwun-fei (17 May 1918 – 12 September 2012) was a Quenminese military officer during the Second Europan War. He is known for commanding Company II of the 39th Mactongese Infantry Regiment, which fought in the Fifth Lorican-Quenminese War, and more famously the Third Joyonghean-Quenminese War.
During the Third Joyonghean-Quenminese War, he was transferred from Lorica alongside his regiment in July 1943, and saw his first action in Joyonghea at the Second Battle of Taeju where he led a charge against a force of Concordians participating in the attempted encirclement of the city. Alongside his counterpart captain Đinh Quang Thạc of the 178th Infantry Regiment, he participated in a flanking maneuver during the Battle of Inje-Chuncheon Road, whereupon he played a role in ensuring the initial Imperial success in Chuncheon. He also commanded the defense during the Battle of the Yeosu Redoubt. He also commanded the regiment during its standoff against Allied forces in the Battle of Mungchaek, and he would order the regiment’s surrender during the last hours of the battle.
In the War of Lorican Aggression, he commanded the 122nd Infantry Division which played a pivotal role in delaying the Lorican advance, and in destabilizing the Lorican forces in Northern Quenmin the Lunar New Year Offensive. After the war, he retired and expanded on his penchant for herbology and wrote several books for the discipline. He died in 2012, aged 94.
