Lindsey Frangag MacDougall (10 August 1990) is an Accordish computer scientist and professor who was employed as a civilian contractor for Group 7B2. In this group, she currently works in the Cybernetic Division, though she has experience with computer engineering.

Lindsey was born in Stranraer on 10 August 1990 to Fergus MacDougall, a professor of engineering, and Leslie Blyth, a bioinformatician.
She was then enrolled at the University of Glasgowia where she attained a B.S. in Computer Science, and a minor in Computer Engineering.
