Jump to navigation Jump to search

In accordance to the Constitution of the Janpian Union of Revolutionary States, the People's Marshal is defined as the highest state authority of the Party alongside with the Party Central Committee. However, given the Party-State structure of JURS, the People's Marshal also acts as the head of the government as well as the head of state, almost equivalent to a President for some nations. Its functioning duties is to be the executive organ of the Party meant to promulgate the laws, oversee the Union of Party Members Committee (UPMC) and Party Central Committee, as well as direct and control the Revolutionary Council and the entire Janpian Union of Government Workers' Party. As stated on the constitution, the People's Marshal also has an unlimited amount of terms, unless dictated by a major voted decision by the Party which can be set by a joint agreement between the Party Central and the Party Members Committee. In the event of resignation or removal of the People's Marshal, the Party Central would collectively assume the temporary executive position until a new Marshal is voted by the Party.
