Party Descriptions

Party		Description
	Revolutionary United Front	The party formed by the Revolutionary United Forces after the Battle of Tigera came to a close. It follows a doctrine of right-wing authoritarian nationalism and is lead by many ex-rebels. The RUF is the largest party in Lyoa, virtually making the country a one-party state.
	Lyoan Democratic Alliance	This party was formed by the Democratic Army of Lyoa following the Orléans Peace Accords that ended the Lyoan Civil War. It is lead by former DA leader Thomas Radinka's daughter, and follows a centre-left doctrine, advocating for social democracy and openly opposing the authoritarianism of the RUF.
	Nationalist Party of Lyoa	Formed after the end of the Lyoan Civil War, this party is made up of the former Nationalist Front faction. The party follows a centre-right stance, advocating for conservative nationalism. It is considered to be more moderate than the RUF.
	Nationalist and Integrationist Front	The NIF was formed after the peace deal that demobilized the Lyoan Integrationist Front. The party follows the interests of the group's leadership.
	Renewal and Democracy Front	This party represents the interests of the Kindu people, Lyoa's largest ethnic group.
	Movement of Republican Forces	The MRF is a party which represents the interests of the Lakku ethnicity.
	Change and Stability Party	Formed following the peace process that demobilized the Movement for Change and Stability, this party represents the interests of that group, as well as the Nagata ethnicity.
	Unified Islam Party of Lyoa	This party represents the interests of Lyoa's Muslim community, which have been traditionally discriminated against.
	Forces of Revolutionary Change	This is the furthest left party of Lyoa, and advocates for socialism.
	Independent Movement of Revolutionaries	This party was founded by former rebel leader William Ntuganda after the peace process which demobilized his Ntuganda Group rebel force. It represents a further right conservative party.
	National Patriotic Front of Lyoa	A right-wing authoritarian party that is allied to the RUF.
	Populist Forces for Lyoan Liberation	This is a populist authoritarian party allied with the RUF.
	Revolutionary United Front-Independent	A splinter of the RUF that formed after a small group defected in 2004. It operates as a strictly authoritarian alternative to the RUF.
