The Esthursian Royal Navy is the largest and most well-funded branch of the Esthursian armed forces, and co-operates heavily in conjunction with the Royal Aeroforce (ERA), as per the Army 2025 reforms. As of March 2022, the Royal Navy possesses 220 commissioned ships with 42 more vessels in pre-construction or construction stages. The bulk of the Navy’s force consists of primarily surface combatants; most of which are modernised battleships from the Grantham-Harding era. The Esthursian navy also consists of 18 nuclear-powered ships, 12 of which carry the Esthursian nuclear deterrent at any one time. The strategy of the Royal Navy remains, as it has since the Fascist Wars of the mid-20th century, Esthursian clearance.

The following list includes commissioned warships that are in active service; all of the vessels currently deployed by the Esthursian Royal Navy were built within Esthursia by the Shipbuilders' Union, a public body and trade union functioning to serve the interests both of its workers and of constructions ordered by the Government and the Navy itself. There also exists a number of former ERN ships not on this list which serve the purpose of museum ships, many of which are privately-funded. All vessels of the Esthursian Royal Navy bear the ship prefix “HRHS”—His Royal Highness's Ship.

Of the commissioned vessels, ninety-three are major surface combatants (thirty-two guided missile destroyers, five stealth destroyers, ten corvettes, forty frigates, three amphibious transport docks and three aircraft carriers), and twenty-six are nuclear-powered submarines (twelve ballistic missile submarines and fourteen fleet submarines). In addition the Navy possesses thirty mine countermeasures vessels, fifty-eight patrol vessels, ten survey vessels, one icebreaker and two historic warships, Newland and Vantage.
