Luerkraft Semiconductors is a semiconductor foundry located in Luerkraft, Radictistan. Fabrication facilities
Fabrik 1
Fabrik 1, located within the Municipality of Luerkraft, produces 300 mm wafers utilizing the 65 nm, 45 nm, and 32 nm manufacturing processes.
Fabrik 2
Fabrik 2, located just outside the municipal borders of Luerkraft in the Speyer Department, produces 300 mm wafers utilizing 32 nm and 22 nm technology.
Fabrik 3
Fabrik 3 is under construction adjacent to the existing Fabrik 2. Fabrik 3 is expected to become operation in 2025 and will produce integrated circuits down to the 14 nm node.
