Lysimachus XV Ceraunus Philopator Philobalkyruaeus was the last king of the Eryalid Kingdom. He ascended the throne at age 12 after the death of his older brother Lysimachus XIV Tryphon. His reign was defined by the desperation incurred by the Valkyrur conquest of the Eryalid Kingdom. Although managing to secure several victories, it had little effect and his kingdom dwindled. In the seventh and last year of his reign, Lysimachus surrendered to the Valkyrur, thereby earning him the epithet "Philobalkyruaeus" (Ancient Greek: "Friend of the Valkyrur").
Not much is known about his later life and when his death occurred. However, a speculative hypothesis had emerged from a number of ancient historians and archaeologists that he is the ancestor of House Randgriz and consequently Archduchess Cordelia; this is known as the Eryalid-Randgriz Connection Theory. Although a majority of ancient historian and archaeology communities dismissed it, numerous papers have been published proposing it as a possibility, to which only a select few was merely considered based on its speculative quality.
