The Ikarus MTPJ3 6×6 APC is a Ruvelkan manufactured six-wheeled armored personnel carrier designed by Ikarus Heavy Industries for the Imperial Armed Forces of Ruvelka. It is a multirole armored vehicle and can be used for transporting personnel, bomb disposal, renaissance, and electronic warfare. The MTPJ3 shares its appearance and configuration to most wheeled APCs; it is easy to use, simple to produce, and cheap to maintain. Although the LHJ1s and LHJ2s are the main APCs of the Ruvelkan military, the MTPJ3s fulfill the role of rapid transport via roads and clear terrain.
