Mosca, officially the State of Mosca, is a nation in eastern Europe. It is bordered by Polona to the west, Transinta to the southwest, Azov to the south, Rabana to the east, and Relano to the northeast. It has a coast with the Fin Sea to the northwest, the Ladoga Sea to the north, and the Volga Gulf to the southeast.

Mosca ranks high in political freedom, despite having a dictatorship in place. Political opinions and protests are protected by the Moscan constitution, which is strictly adhered to. Mosca is a member of the Human Rights Coalition and has high ratings for HRC-FS human rights and civil liberties. Mosca and Doitlan have a mutual Culture Exchange Program resulting from strong Doit German heritage in both nations. This has not advanced further than culture due to Magarshan influence over Doitenlan.

Mosca has invested in species reincarnation technologies and has successfully reincarnated a variety of aquatic and amphibian species previously made extinct from human causes and the Anthropocene Extinction. These species and research facilities are displayed in zoos across the northeastern part of the country. Continued research into the subject has accrued investments and tourism. Military technology is also a major market in Mosca primarily for protection against the ESEP.

Etymology

Mosca is named after the abandoned city of Moscva, which was the capital of the historical country of Russia, which in turn was named after the Moscva river. There are many therories about the origin of the name, the most likely one being that it was named after the Muroma people, an early tribe in the area.
