The National Border Administration (中竟寺, trung-krang-sle) is the primary border control agency of Themiclesia under the Secretary to the Exchequer for Civil Affairs (中民曹). Its primary duty is to implement laws and regulations over the migration of persons and transportation of goods into and out of Themiclesia, particularly to suppress contraband and smuggling across land borders. The NBA was formed in 1947 from the merger of the Import and Export Regulation Commission of the Board of Trade, some divisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and various provincial enforcement agencies.
