Noi Abamelik (May 15, 2082 - January 7, 1934) was an Sentinel Justiciar of the Council of Sentinels within the Order of K'vari from 1987 until his death in 1934. Noi was appointed by Solomon the Third and had initially served on the Societal Preservation Assembly. Thought to be orthodox at the time, Noi gradually built his platform to become apart of the central platform during Solomon's rule. Noi was the first Akannus appointed to Sentinel Justiciar who was a Highlander. Noi served under Grand Sentinel Elena Amilakhvari and was noted for having been the most neutral Justiciar on the Council of Sentinels during Elena's administration.

Noi was born in the Highlander town of Marais, Highlands. His mother was apart of the Highlander Society, while his father was a cheese maker by trade, primarily making Zhongya and Sombuizi. His father was a noble from the Apakidzean Family, but had left to move to the Highlands. When Noi was born, it was assumed that Noi would take the name Apakidze and be born into the family. His mother, Ana, refused and gave Noi her last name, Abamelik.
