The O'Neilan administration began on December 1, 1878 when Hugo O'Neilan took office as the fifteenth president of the Federation of Rizealand and ended when he left office on December 1, 1888. O'Neilan took office as a National Republican after winning the 1878 election. He was subsequently reelected in 1883. His administration was succeeded by the Sharp administration under fellow National Republican Chris Sharp.
