Oerba Dia Vanille (born 18 August 1991) is a Lucian-Zanarkian National Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for South West Birmingham since the 2010 general election. Since 15 August 2014, she has served as Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
As a backbencher, Vanille called for reform in a number of policy areas, including childcare, maths education, and the economy. She has authored and co-authored a number of papers and books. In September 2012, she was appointed as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State with responsibility for education and childcare in the Department for Education.

After a video of Vanille at a press conference on 11 March 2014 was uploaded, her attractiveness and youth went viral among Nihhonese and Joyonghean internet users and also became the focus of attention of Internet communities, which was reported by international news outlets. Within a month, the press conference was viewed over 1.7 million times. Many fan-created anime-style moe images of her uploaded to the Internet also attracted international media attention.
In 2014, She was among the most searched-for celebrities on the Internet in both the UK and Tristain-la Fontaine. According to Moegler, she was the year's 7th most searched-for person in the UK and the 8th in Tristain-la Fontaine, and according to Pazler — the 2nd most searched-for female in Tristain la-Fontaine and the 4th in the UK.
