Membership

Membership in the FSO is divided into three classes: statutory, extraordinary and observer. Statutory members are the governing bodies of individual sports, though, in some cases, the body may govern multiple separate, but similar and historically related sports under the same banner; the most notable case is the United Republican Rugby Federation, which governs the historically distinct codes of league and union, as well as rugby sevens. The FSO also has two extraordinary members—FADA and the OCSI—charged with ensuring the structural and competitive integrity of Omerican sport in the wake of the Omerican football corruption scandal and observers consisting of associations of clubs, athletes or sports health specialists.
