Content of the Act

Article I || Titles

1.00 || This Act may be cited and referred to in short as the Omnibus Out-of-Character Amendment Act 2022.

1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as An Omnibus Act to remove Out-of-Character References from a number of laws of the Empire.

Article II || Definitions

2.00 || Out-of-Character Reference - For the purposes of this Act, an Out-of-Character reference is defined as “A provision of a Law which deals with matters which are only within the competencies of the Administrators or Moderators of the Empire (such as Terms-Of-Service related matters), or seeks to place Duties on the Administrators or Moderators of the Empire other than those imposed by the Regional Administrative Council or the Sovereign.”

Article III || Amendments to the Statute of Limitations Act 2021

3.01 || The Statute of Limitations Act 2021 is amended as follows:

3.02 || Article I, Clause 1 is amended as follows:

  (1) Personal Crimes as described herein shall only be valid for 6 months from the date the offense has occurred with the exception of Sexual Harassment, Stalking and Doxxing.

Article IV || Ratification

4.00 || This Amendment shall come into effect upon passage by both Houses of Parliament with a simple majority and assent by the Sovereign or other authority as established under the Monarchy Act of 2021.
