The Alliance Party, often called 煉獄党 (Japanese: Rengoku Tō) or simply AP or 煉党 (Japanese: Rentō) , is a centrist political party in Orientia. It is the largest party in the country in both membership and seats, and is the current ruling party.
The party primarily competes with rival Liberty Party. The party opposes far-left and far-right movements as well as monarchist movements emerged from relation with Amenria in favor of republicanism, Asia-Pacific nationalism and hardline Centrism. The current chairman is Takuya Nakamoto.
First entering government in 2043, the party is the largest in the congress and leads a coalition government with the People's Future Party since the latest election in 2047. The party houses a wide variety of opinions from left wing, centrist to right wing ideals, often resulting in the party being referred to as a big tent.
