The PV-80 is a combat shotgun first produced in the Republic of Syara in 1980.

Designed for usage by law enforcement and by the military, the PV-80 is a dual-mode shotgun capable of semi-automatic or pump-action operation. It fires 12 gauge shells and can utilize a variety of ammunition types. The most noticable feature of the PV-80 is its' unique folding stock, which can either be folded on top of the weapon (despite being commonly presented as such in popular media, it is not intended to also operate as a rear sight), or unfolded which offers the user a chance to use the "hook" at the butt of the stock, which allows the PV-80 to be fired one handed.

Although marketed towards military use, the PV-80 was never adopted by either the Armed Forces of the Syaran Republic nor the Syaran Commonality Armed Forces. The PV-80 was however widely adopted by Syaran law enforcement, and remains in use today. It's frequent usage by personnel of the Syaran Security Ministry and police have led it to be dubbed the извршител, izvršitel, meaning "Enforcer" by the Syaran public. It is widely seen as a symbol of law enforcement in Syara, and is frequently portrayed in entertainment and the media.
