The Pan-Auroran Identity Card is an identity document issued by AC member-state governments to their citizens. The card, issued to every citizen over 12 years old, serves as a combined social security, national healthcare, revenue authority and voter card in every AC member-state, besides other complimentary government service functions under the discretion of each national government. The card can also be linked for non-government services, such as banking (as a debit card), transportation (as a public transport pass), among others.
