The PRMP is an intergovernmental defense organization formed between 7 member nations, recently established after the 2023 Summerhall Summit. Designed in the wake of ICON entering into dormancy, it is composed of nations with shared necessities in the field of defense and close associations with Meridon. Its members agree to defend each other against potential assault, and provisions exist for systems of joint action in regards to humanitarian and other non-defensive aid actions.

History

2024 Summerhall Summit

The Summerhall Summit begun shortly after the collapse of ICON, on the third of December, 2023/33. It was hosted in the Mahine Territory, with the jets of those diplomatic figures involved being intercepted by Meridonian F7M Wedgetails, which were used to guide the planes in a show of technological innovation and military development on the part of Meridon. A regimental band was assembled to play the national anthem of those states involved, excluding Neo-Korea, where the Meridonian marching song When Tommy Comes Marching Home was played instead, owing to the lack of an official anthem on the part of the Neo-Korean State.

The daughter of President Yui Townley, Yukino Townley, would be the first individual to greet arriving delegations, alongside Colonel James Barkley, commander of 1 Regiment Federal and Avery Reagan, the State Secretary. Dovehawk helicopters would take the members of the foreign delegations to the Summerhall Presidential Reserve, where the meeting would take place.
