Parshand Khosa is a Tasiastani politician and soldier serving as the 23rd Prime Minister of Tasiastan. He is also the Leader of the New Democratic Party. Previously in his political career, he served as the Chief Minister of Ramrahi three times, making him the longest-serving Chief Minister of that province.
