Prang V (Shinasthana: 五且丙, ngaq-tsaq-prang; fl. 4th c. BCE) was a ruler of the city of Tsinh during the Early Archaic Period. He is the third member of the eighth sacramental generation in the liturgy of the royal ancestral cult. The Springs and Autumns of Six States considers him to have ruled for 63 regnals years, though this cannot be confirmed through history. His paired spouse is the Greater Spirit Companion Sin. Like other early rulers of Tsinh, neither his personal name nor that of his spouse is known.
He is preceded by Keq III and followed by Qrut the Heir.
