Qi Haifeng
Qi Haifeng (XXXX-YYyy; 齊海峰) is a She Lijiangite and a member of the Lijiang Domestic Security Forces, and gained fame for his use of unique weaponry and technology during the Campaign of Calagains while he was on the Strategic Committee on Calagains. With his use of technology that had rarely seen field use, he was able to succeed in the majority of the covert operations undertaken during the post-interstellar stage of the war. He was originally the commander of the now disbanded Lijiang Special Unit 21.
Qi Haifeng is a native of the planet Weila and was born into the ethnic group of the She. Originally a graduate of the Xianglao Institute of Technology, Qi would enlist as a technology expert in the Civil Protective Services. During his time in Weila, he demonstrated the first use of a Civil Instruction Computer Core that was initially used in Xianglao as a method of being a secondary advisor to Civil Advisor and Enforcement Intelligence Core. The first model that he created was the Hai Instruction Core, which served as the backbone of an update of Intelligence and Instruction Cores that were eventually rolled out across Weila, Yanshi and Lijiang.
Qi's administrative skills alongside his techonological prowess led to a reassignment by the National Security Council that inducted him into the Lijiang Interstellar Officer Corps. In his bid as an Officer, he was initially assigned as a head researcher at the Xianglao Military Research Facility that was meant to update the Lijiangite Protective Suit. His research was critical to the advent of the modern Lijiangite Environmental Protective Biosuit that could be worn alongside the Lijiangite Model 57 Uniform. When the Lijiang-Akannite War broke out, Qi was inducted as a member of the Strategic Committee on Calagains. His work was focused mainly on employing several new technologies that has not been used before in warfare. He debuted the Environmental Protective Biosuit in Operation Shadow Network and used the Lijiangese Dark Energy Teleportation Matrix as a means of getting personnel and armor on the ground much faster than they had been before. He also employed the use of the Silverhorn Model 5, the Lijiang Quantum Displacement Device.
