Rõlva, is the Capital city of Ostrothia, in Lorecia, Astyria, it is home to 320,900 people making it the most poulous city in the Ostrothian Republic. It has long been the economic, historical and cultural hub of Ostrothia. The city was founded in the year 1234 by Viikingid raiders and has throughout history passed through the hands of the Kingdom of Valkea, The Valkean Republic and today's Ostrothian Republic. Rõlva lies on the shores of the Bay of Valkea and the river from which it was named after flows through it. Today Rõlva is known for its importance as the seat of government in Ostrothia as well as being the headquarters of major tech companies and brands.
