Sir Randolph Winston Spencer Churchill KG CLE DC CMG (30 November 1874 - 24 January 1965) was a Lucian politician, army officer, and writer. He was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1936 to 1945, when he led the country to victory in the Second Europan War, and again from 1951 to 1955.
