The Reserve Bank of East Astyria (Spanish: Banco Reserva del Este de Astyria, Hebrew: הבנק המרכזי של מזרח אסטריה) is an Astyrian multinational and financial institution that provides loans to countries members of the East Astyrian Treaty Alliance. It is one of the world's largest bank by total assets with $3.78 trillon. It was created in 2017 by four members of the EATA, The Principality of Monsa, The Scottopian Isles, The Blackhelm Confederacy and The State of Bankampar. It was the result of the idea of have a main bank for the cooperation between the members nations of EATA and the rest of Astyria.

The Bank has a total of 2,149 branches in the 17 member countries of the East Astyrian Treaty Alliance and in several other countries. The Bank has a total of 150,000 employees and it is consider one of the biggest banks in the world.
