Rukuriri Bishop (19 November 1986) is a Guinean stateswoman who is currently the Prime Minister of the Guinea Islands from 15 December 2017. She is the youngest Prime Minister elected and the first female to hold office in the history of the Guinea Islands.

Born in Port Ponsonby, Bishop moved to New Akiba to finish her education there. She returned to Guinea in 2007 after graduating from the University of Canterbury. She received her degree under Civil Law and became a lawyer. She entered politics in 2009 and became the Secretary of Education. She became famous for implementing a series of Free Education in all Public Institutions in Guinea, making her the first woman to do so. She was later appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs, in which she strongly advocated the Guinea Islands membership within the Commonwealth of Nations. Her popularity increased when she pushed for exchange student programs in several Guinean Universities. Quality of education in Guinea drastically improved as a result.

She was later appointed as the Deputy Leader for the Guinean Nationalist Party, in which she would later challenge Bose Dipanuipi for the leadership of the party, in which she won. She was then elected as the 9th Prime Minister of the Guinea Islands in the 2017 Guinea Islands Elections and sworn-in on 15 December 2017. Concerning her views about the Communist Rebellion, she was a staunch anti-Communist. She was known for her harsh take on the conflict and resolved to bring in troops from nearby countries to help end the 30-year rebellion. After which, she applied for Guinea's membership in the Commonwealth of Nations, which was later approved.
